As a ABBE accredited energy assessor I produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for the new Home Information Packs (HIPs) introduced in England and Wales on the 1st Aug 2007.
I provide a professional, reliable and competitive service producing accurate certificates / reports and offer advice on local and national Home Information Pack Providers. 
I will also be able to produce Energy Performance Certificates for private and social rented dwellings and commercial / non dwellings due to be rolled out in 2008.
